You can rent just the roaster or rent as part of a package. Do you need a pig? We know a guy. Have a big crowd to feed? The roaster will cook a pig as big as 325 pounds. There's enough grill space to cook 44 pork butts, or even 60 chickens, there is also a second tier rib rack to maximize space. The roaster uses propane and comes on a trailer that is easy to tow. Perhaps the best feature is the simple design. It's a coffin roaster so there are no motors or complicated rotisserie pieces.
Ideal for backyard weddings, and family reunions, employee appreciations or simply because you deserve it.

Looking to feed a large group of people on a budget? Look no further. We take grilling seriously at Boutique Catering. From gourmet burgers and hot dogs to a whole roast pig or lamb spinning on a motored rotisserie we can feed your group for less money then you might think.
All our barbecues are complimented with delicious handmade salads and traditional fixings. Corn on the cob, roasted sweet potatoes and even fresh watermelon will go a long way to creating a memorable event.

Created for the toils of the working lunch, Boutique Catering has designed a menu with the office in mind. Our gourmet soups, sandwiches and salads are artfully crafted with the finest ingredients and are sure to nourish and refresh.
Holiday Entertaining
The holidays can be a stressful time, let us help. Whole roast turkey and stuffing with mashed potatoes and your choice of two sides such as green bean and mushroom casserole or mixed vegetables or a fresh salad or coleslaw starts at $30 a person.
We can even deliver an oven ready turkey and sides.
We can cook for 4 or 400. So no gathering is too big or too small.
People often remark that our food tastes homemade, well that's because it is. Gravies are made by roasting bones. Corners are for tables, not the kitchen. We cook for you the way we cook for our own families.

Weddings
We understand the importance of your special day. Whether it's a simple yet elegant crudite platter to a multi course dinner, we are here for you. Every step in the process has been simplified to make the process effortless. Our goal is to help create a delicious and memorable experience for you and your guests. Unlike other catering services, the price doesn't double just because it's a wedding. You will find our pricing fair and includes services that others might very well charge extra for.
A complimentary tasting is included in all bookings.
Hors D'oeuvre
We can provide Hors D'oeuvres that are typically 1-2 bites each and are artfully presented. They can be passed or served buffet style with relative ease. For pre dinner appetizers, expect 4 to 5 pieces per person. And when served in lieu of a full meal expect 8 to 10 pieces per person.
Food Station Menu
On occasion, people enjoy throwing an event with an air of sophistication without all the fuss of a sit down meal. Manned food stations offer a creative and interactive way to feed medium to large groups. Prices for each station are per person; please select a minimum of 4 stations.
An Evening with the Chef
Another popular service at Boutique Catering is the private home experience. Sometimes it's a group of friends from the office or a family looking for a new way to stay connected - either way our Chef is ready for you. Recipes are provided and, as a group or individual, the menu is prepared.
